Ban Ki-moon invites Lebanese for Q&A session

BEIRUT: The U.N. Secretary General Ban Ki-moon is inviting Lebanese citizens to participate in an online question and answer session Sept. 13.
Organized by the U.N. Economic and Social Commission for West Asia, the event is designed to help raise awareness of the work of the world body in Lebanon, Jordan, Kuwait and Syria, ahead of the 66th annual U.N. General Assembly in New York.


People can participate via Facebook, Twitter, Weibo and Livestream, at 6 p.m. Questions may be posed in Arabic, English or French, among other languages.
