Egypt: Businessman arrested over protester deaths

CAIRO (AP) — Egyptian police have arrested a businessman and his son who are accused of killing 18 protesters in the city of Suez during the uprising this year.
Suez security chief Maj. Gen. Adil Rafat said Wednesday that police tracked down Ibrahim Farag and his son Adil in Cairo. The two men had been on the run for weeks.

Farag and his son are accused of shooting protesters who attacked a police station near his car dealership on Jan. 28.
The two will stand trial with nine others.
Two of Farag's other sons — also accused of shooting protesters — are still on the run.
Some 30 people were killed in Suez during the uprising that ousted President Hosni Mubarak.
