بدء التصويت في الانتخابات البرلمانية البحرينية وتنافس بين 506 مرشحين
أشارت وكالة أنباء البحرين إلى أن مراكز الاقتراع فتحت أبوابها أمام الناخبين صباح اليوم السبت للتصويت في الانتخابات البرلمانية.
وقالت الوكالة إن التصويت بدأ في الساعة الثامنة صباحاً ويستمر حتى الساعة الثامنة مساء. ويصل عدد الناخبين الذين يحق لهم التصويت في الانتخابات 365 ألفاً و467 ناخباً.
وقالت الحكومة إن 506 مرشحين يخوضون الانتخابات، مع مشاركة أكبر عدد من المرشحات. وتتوقع نسبة إقبال أكبر على التصويت مقارنة بعام 2014 حينما بلغت النسبة 53 في المئة عندما قاطعت جماعات المعارضة الانتخابات.
